What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to site owners.

What cookies do we use?

We use essential technologies to operate the site and, depending on your consent choices, advertising technologies provided by Google and its partners.

Essential Cookies (strictly necessary)

Session cookie (laravel_session) — This is required for the website to function. It maintains your session state as you navigate between pages. It contains no personal information and expires when you close your browser, or after 7 days if you check "Remember me" on the admin login.

CSRF token (XSRF-TOKEN) — A security cookie that prevents cross-site request forgery attacks on form submissions. This is a standard security measure and contains no personal information.

Advertising and consent technologies

Google AdSense and participating advertising partners may store or access cookies and similar identifiers to deliver ads, prevent fraud, measure performance and, where you consent, personalise advertising. The exact vendors and purposes are shown in the consent manager.

Google's certified consent management platform records and communicates your choices. Visitors in the UK, EEA and Switzerland can consent, refuse consent or manage individual options. You can revisit your privacy choices through the privacy options link provided by Google when available.

Technologies we do not use

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, social-media tracking pixels or browser fingerprinting. Our own aggregate analytics system does not use cookies or identify individual visitors.

Our analytics

We built our own privacy-first analytics system. It uses zero analytics cookies and stores no raw IP address. A random session-only identifier is kept in your browser's session storage and removed when the browser session ends; the server stores only its one-way hash. We collect aggregate page, referrer, country, device, browser, operating system, language, campaign and engagement measurements. IP addresses are hashed with a daily rotating identifier and cannot be reversed. Analytics data is automatically deleted after 90 days.

How to control cookies

You can use Google's consent message to accept, refuse or manage advertising purposes. You can also control and delete cookies through your browser settings. Removing essential cookies may affect site functionality, including form submissions.
